Eric Lynn Andrews of Pocatello Idaho, born 12/13/1976 passed away on 10/05/2021.
A true patriot, he fought for his country and retired after 20 years of service in the United States Navy having earned many medals and commendations. He loved God, America, his family, Superman, and his Minnesota Vikings. He loved to make people laugh and he would do anything to accomplish his goal to see any of us smile. He was kind, loving and the Star-Spangled Banner made him cry every time he heard it. He was much too good for this world.
He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Shipley, and sister Melinda.
He is survived by his Mother Melvina Andrews, his wife Vanessa Andrews, and ex-wife Gwen Poitra. Also survived by his siblings, Brian, Laura, and Jennifer. He was the extremely proud father of 3 biological children, Kaylie, Brandon, and Krynn Andrews. He also survives 4 stepchildren, Jonathon, Daniel, Ashley, and Zachery whom he loved as his own. He was also a very proud grandfather to Jeramiah and uncle to Tawny, Brianna, Alex, Sabrina, and Samantha, and great uncle to Aurora.
He loved his family with all his heart and we loved him just as much. The world may not know what it lost with his passing but to us, we've lost the world until we see him again in our Father's Heavenly home. We love you honey, son, brother, father, Popeye, uncle. May your spirit soar free. We love and miss you more than any mere words can explain.
