Charles Armstrong, Jr., 77, passed away on October 11, 2021, after a long battle with COPD.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sharon, his children Bill (Sara), Shannon (Mike), and Sean; his grandchildren Zachary, Payton, Lorraine, Patrina, Jasmine and Aunkayla; and one great-granddaughter, Avianna; sisters, Patty, Linda (Spark) and Joannie (John); and various cousins.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, October 17, 2021, from 2-4 pm, 6-8 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A public service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, October 18, at 10 am.
A private inurnment will be scheduled in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, at the family's convenience.
