Madeline won on the "Queen For A Day" show On February 14,1957.

San Luis Rey Mission is called the "King" of Missions. Our family chose to place mother's urn here because a "King & Queen" should be together.

Madeline was the mother of 5 children, Raymond Earl., Madeline Patricia (Peanut), Edwin Charles. (Buster), Darlene Corena., Larry Lee. she was also the step-mother of Donald K, Bernardine L. (Penny), Charles W. (Buddy).
Note: Edwin Charles Adkisson is biologically a Renfro, but carried the last name of Adkisson throughout his short life time. His half brother Norman Renfro was killed in Vietnam.Edwin was brought back from Vietnam as the only surviving son of Orval Renfro.

Madeline lived to have 5 generations, all girls.
