Kathy passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
Kathy was a lifelong music lover, who enjoyed playing the saxophone in the Calgary Stampede Marching Showband. She was also an avid reader, who loved animals and gardening. Kathy enjoyed crafting almost as much as she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews - she was devoted to family. Always ready to pitch in and help out whether it be making a meal, baking a treat, or getting your taxes figured out come year end, she gave of her time generously to friends and family alike. She will forever be missed.
Kathy was cremated and, due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
