Dr. John O. Lafferty, Radiologist, Dies At 57
Dr. John Ogden Lafferty, 57, a Charlotte radiologist, died yesterday. He lvied at 2618 Portland Ave.
Lafferty, a Charlotte native, won the state's Moore County medal in 1959 for a scientific paper he wrote on duodenal ulcers in children.
He was a former captain in the Army's Medical Corps.
Surviving are his wife, Peggy Lafferty; two sons, John O. Lafferty of Lincolnton and Henry H. Lafferty of Charlotte; a daughter, Miss Ann Lafferty of Charlotte, and a brother, Robert H. Lafferty Jr. of Oak Ridge, Tenn.
