Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Agnes Kirk ; husband William "Bill" Rose (January 31, 2021); son Jody Carter; and brother, John Carter.
She is survived by grandson, Mike Carter (Crystal); granddaughter, Kelly; daughter in law, Lynn Carter; 3 great grandsons ; multiple great-great grandchildren; special niece, Nancy Blackford (Tim) and Kylie of Orlando, FL; and Marlin and Georgia Davis of St. Albans.
Mary also leaves behind Hennie Van Doggenar and family from the Netherlands; Pedro Riveras and family from Peurto Rico; and Kathy and Mark McHenry of Talcott, WV.
Also mourning are the large number of loved ones in the Rose Clan.
Mary was a RN and Realtor. But she was mostly known as the antique lady. Mary bought and sold and breathed antiques for 82 years.
Mary was smart, funny, and talkative. She loved a party and a margarita.
There will be no services per Mary's wishes. She will be interred at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
