Judy Ann Anderson, 73, of Ottumwa, died at 9:30 p.m. September 1, 2021 at Hospice House in Ottumwa.
She was born July 7, 1948 in Iowa City to Edward Lewis and Iva Bernice Allman Chichester. Judy married Kenneth Anderson on June 27, 1998 and he preceded her in death on August 17, 2021.
A resident of Ottumwa all her life, Judy was a member of Way of Peace Ministries.
Surviving are her siblings, Ralph Chichester and Terry Chichester both of Ottumwa, and Donna Nixon of St. Louis, MO; and her dog, Flossie.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Robert Allman, Ernest, Earl and Richard Chichester, Betty Caylor and Bertha Dowing. several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, September 12th at Reece Funeral Home with the family present to greet friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 13th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating. For those unable to attend the service, it may be viewed on the Reece Funeral Home Facebook page.
Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Way of Peace Ministries.
