She was born May 17, 1947 in Star City to the late Thomas McRay and Agnes Irene Hutcheson Earnest.
She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired fiberglass repair specialist for Harrison Fiberglass Repair. Judy was the active President if Resident Counsel for the past 1 and a half years at Belle View Estates. Judy also loved hunting and fishing, was a Nursing Assistant for many years and enjoyed playing board games and doing puzzles.
Besides her parents, Judy is preceded in death by 5 brothers, William Calvin Earnest, Clifton McRay Earnest, Thomas Edison Earnest, Donald Wayne Earnest and Gene Auston Earnest; and 4 sisters, Pearlene Earnest Lunsford, Annie Mae Earnest Clegg Baskin, Patty Sue Earnest and Lovie Joyce Harrison.
Survivors include a brother, Walter (Betty) Earnest of Star City; special great niece, Stacey Cheshire of Wilmar; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends; and her room mate and friend since July 11, 2019, Tanya Carter.
Funeral services are 2:00PM Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Griffin Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Rickey Harrison officiating.
Visitation is 6:00-8:00PM Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the funeral home.
Burial at Drake Cemetery.
