Henry Jones Jr., age 89, longtime resident of Shelby Township, Michigan and formerly of London, Kentucky passed away on August 27, 2022. Husband of the late Joan. Father of Dale (Kathy), Wade "Zeke" (Gail), and Mary Sessions. Grandfather of Glenn and Kevin and the late Shannon. Lifetime member of the Richmond Sportsman's Club. Henry was an avid dancer, and enjoyed boating. Visitation on Tuesday, August 30, from 3pm-8pm at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road (3 blks. East of Van Dyke), Utica. Henry Jones Jr., age 89, departed this life on Saturday, August 27, 2022. He was born on Tuesday, February 28, 1933 in Manchester Ky. to Henry Jones and Shaby Jane Robinson. He was an avid dancer, enjoyed boating and was a lifetime member of the Richmond Sportsman's Club.

He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Dale Harrison Jones and Kathy, Wade "Zeke" Jones and Gail, and Mary Anne Sessions as well as his grandchildren: Glenn and Kevin Jones.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry Jones Sr. and Shaby Jane Robinson Kirk, Joan, his wife, and his granddaughter: Shannon Arnold.

Funeral Services for Henry Jones Jr. will be conducted on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Roark Cemetery in the Island Creek Community, next to his Mother, Shaby.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, September 2, 2022 after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
