David M. Long, 51 of Jamestown, passed away at home Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021.

Born July 11, 1970 in Jamestown, a son of Cheryl Glair Swart of Gerry and Ruedell "Dale" (Lynn) Long of Gibsonville, NC.

He was a graduate of Jamestown High School class of 1988, attended JCC and received a Bachelor Degree in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz.

David was employed as a machinist for SKF, Falconer for 25years.

He enjoyed photography, collecting old cameras, golfing, taking meticulous care of his home and caring for his cats Luke and Leia.

Brother of Jason (Eun-Hee); uncle of Maya and Thomas Long all of Cincinnati, OH; grandson of the late Royal and Betty Ericksen Glair; nephew of Lori (Tom Hays) Hullett of Jamestown, Doug (Patricia Burkett) Glair of Bunn, NC and the late Daniel and David Glair; cousin of Shannon (William) Sallard and Morgan Hays. also survived by many friends.

Visitation 1- 4p.m. Saturday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville, concluding with a prayer service at 4 p.m.
