Services for Janice Louise Laughter, 44, 455 Nolan St., Green River, were conducted Wednesday, April 28 at the Second Ward Church in Green River. Bishop Reed C. Rawlings officiated.
Burial was in Riverview Cemetery.

Greg Dunn, Dennis Golden, Dennis Brady, Richard Yates, Jack Jackman and Wayne Wilcox served as pallbearers. Jerry Warby, Gerald Butcher and George Lev served as honorary pallbearers.
Mrs. Laughter died at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah Saturday, April 24.

She was born Oct. 25, 1937 to Henry J. and Ethel L. Miller Clough. She married Theron Laughter March 10, 1956 in Ogden, Utah.

Mrs. Laughter was an active member of the LDS Church. She attended school in Huntsville, Utah and graduated from the Weber High School in Ogden in 1955. She worked at Little America as a cashier and clerk for 12 years. She lived in Green River since 1956.

Survivors include her husband, Theron Laughter of Green River; sons, Leslie and Randy, both of Green River; one daughter, Mrs. Lane (Laura) Fillingim of Green River; a brother, Lawrence Clough of Huntsville, Utah; five sisters, Mrs. Dean (Mary) Abbott of Rigby, Idaho, Mrs. Glen (Peggy) Adams of Eden, Mrs. Henry (Patty) Castillon of Green River, Mrs. Mike (Polley) Meadows of Denver, Colo., Mrs. James (Priscilla) Mathews of Brittbergh, Germany; a stepmother, Mrs. Henry (Margaret) Clough of Roy, Utah; grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Laughter was preceded in death by one son, her mother and father.
