A man wanted for fatally shooting another man on Milwaukee's north side was charged Thursday with first-degree reckless homicide in the man's death, according to a criminal complaint.
Brionn A. Stokes, 18, is accused of shooting Antonio L. Patterson, 20, during an argument Aug. 5 in the 4000 block of N. 24th Place, according to the complaint.
