He is survived by his wife, Susan Glover Phillips; mother, Dorothy Mae Phillips; three daughters, Charmaine Porter, and Toni and Shana Phillips; two sons, Troy Williams and Michael Phillips; three sisters, Maryann Harris, Cheryl Pack and Fannie Marie Brown; two brothers, Augustus and Charles Phillips; four grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his father, Augustus Phillips; and sister, Ruth Phillips.
