Doris White, age 93, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and great great- grandmother went to be with the Lord and her husband, Clarence White on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 6:24 p.m. She was born on February 4, 1928 in Colerain, NC. Doris and Clarence were married for sixty-eight years and had five children together, Shirley Tippit, Christine Lewis, Brenda Poole, Wesley White, and Marty White. Doris and Clarence lived in Moyock, NC since 1994. She adored teaching Sunday School, quilting, putting together puzzles, reading her Bible, and planting flowers. Her funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Boyce E. Porter and the Rev. James Harrington officiating. Doris will remain loved in our hearts and will be missed tremendously.
