Gerald had a heart of gold and adored his children and grandchildren. He was in the National Guard and later on was a machine operator. In his free time he loved to hunt, fish, ride his motorcycle, and spend time with family and friends.
Surviving are two sons, Zackary Thomas and Devon Thomas; two grandchildren, Brookelynn and Kamden Thomas; two brothers, Kenneth Jr., (Rose) Thomas, Robert Thomas; two sisters, Joyce (Doug) Tharp and Kim Thomas.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Barb Bruno.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High Street, Waynesburg.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 14 at the Behm Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Jacksonville Cemetery.
