She was born in Richmond, VA at the Common Wealth of Virginia on December 5, 1962. She worked for many years at her father's service station growing up in Gloucester. She graduated from Gloucester High School. She then attended the Rappanannock Community College for nursing, but later decided to move forward with her career as a seamstress. She is survived by her children Brandy Tufford (Travis), Corey Strong, Hunter Arnold and Brooke Arnold; her granddaughter Hailey Tufford; her sister Deborah Haynes, her brother R.B.
