Rosa Felder Bowman, 89, widow of Lionel Bowman, died on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning. She was born on July 29, 1932, in Summerton, a daughter of the late Moses and Jannie Jones Felder.

Public viewing: Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning.

Graveside services: Spring Hill AME Church Cemetery, 4309 Bill Davis Road, Summerton, with Minister Joshua Howell officiating.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the family is not receiving visitors.

These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
