Mrs. Joan Carr Brown, 83, passed away on October 4, 2021.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 2 PM in Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Horton officiating. Interment will follow in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on October 7, 2021 from 1 PM until the service hour. Mrs. Brown was a native of Hancock County and lived at Lake Sinclair since 1982.She held 2 jobs her entire life, Buds Glass Services and David Giddens, she was the daughter of the late Joe B. Carr and Edna Davis Carr and was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Dan Brown and son in laws, Kenny Reynolds, and Bubba Leverett; and grandson in law, Chris Baughcum. Mrs. Brown was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughters, Dianne Reynolds, Cindy Leverett, and Connie Brown; sister, Patricia Jackson of New Port Ritchie, FL; grandchildren, Kendra, Wesley (Lisa), Jennifer (Eric), Danielle (Levi), Shane (Kelly); great grandchilden, Cline, Haylee, Ava Grace, Sadie, Lindi, Layton, Kaleigh, John Pate, Kason, Eli, Avery.
Flowers accepted and for those who wish memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
