Donna J. Phillips, age 73, of Paducah, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes.
Donna was born on September 21, 1948 in Cairo, Illinois to Vergie Johnson Warren and Leslie Warren. She was of the Baptist faith. Donna was very devoted to her family and loved being a grandmother.
Donna is survived by her husband of 52 years, Michael R. Phillips; two daughters, Andrea K. Bogard (Jason) of Paducah, Ashleigh R. Sullivan (Joshua) of Boaz; one sister, Glenda Harp (John) of Grand Chain, Illinois; six grandchildren, Aislynn Sullivan, Benjamin Shuffett, Avery Bogard, Talia Sullivan, Kara Bogard, Delaney Bogard; one great-grandchild, Baylor Shuffett.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kyle W. Phillips, and her parents.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Olive Branch Cemetery in Olive Branch, Illinois with Pastor Sam Ramdial officiating.
There will be no visitation.
