Funeral services for Dale J. Crouch, 74, of Forsyth, were held June 23 at Calvary Full Gospel Church in Forsyth with the Rev. Jack Keithley and Pastor Clint Block officiating. Burial was in Snapp Cemetery in Forsyth under direction of Forsyth Whelchel Chapel.
He died June 20, 2003, at his home.
Mr. Crouch was born in Mildred, the son of John and Bernice Coruch. He was owner-operator of a dry cleaners and department store in Forsyth and had worked at Boeing Aircraft. He played banjo at Silver Dollar City and had a booth in a flea market in Branson.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda; three children, John Crouch of Cedar Creek, Barry Crouch, of Kissee Mills, and Robin Crouch, of Kissee Mills; and three brothers, Stance Crouch, of East Alton, Ill., John Crouch, of Taneyville, and H.R. Crouch, of Laredo, Texas; 12 grandchildren, Jason, Melody, Nathan, Dallas, Quentin, Boe, Dana, Trevor, Steven, Cody, Jessica and John: seven great-grandchildren, Makaylee, Danielle, Makayla, Hayden, Haylee, Zane, and Coltin.
He was preceded in death by one son, Stephan; his parents; and one brother, Clifford.
