Before marrying Carolyn's first job was always her favorite which was with the FBI in Washington, DC. . It was important to Carolyn to stay home and raise her children so after having children she didn't work outside the home again until they were older. Carolyn loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed the occasional glass of Merlot or a margarita. Her talents were playing the piano, sewing and decorating. She loved to decorate for the holidays and especially at Christmas. She had a passion for golf and reading. She read all types of books and always the Bible and participated in many book clubs and Bible studies. Carolyn and Regina hiked the Rockies for many summers and also enjoyed traveling together. Carolyn was kind and generous and had a strong faith in God.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In Carolyn's name, memorial donations may be made to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association or the Cystinosis Research Foundation. She will always be in our hearts.
