She was born March 25, 1937, in Greene County. A member of Second and Walnut Church of Christ, she was a retired psychiatric nurse who had been employed by the George W. Jackson Mental Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Lela Taylor; a sister, Lorene Taylor; and four brothers, Champ, Robert, Chester and George Taylor.
