Terry was born on January 10, 1940 in Newark, New Jersey. She was the daughter of Rose (nee Borie) and Daniel Bace. Terry grew up in Summit and later moved to New Providence where she was a longtime resident prior to moving to New Hampshire in 1979. She received an Associates Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and worked as a secretary at CF Braun until starting a family.

Terry loved going to the beach, playing tennis, dancing and was a member of a bowling league in New Jersey and New Hampshire. She was an avid reader, enjoyed listening to Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole and was a long-time New York Yankees fan. Some of her favorite baseball players were Bucky Dent and Derek Jeter, and she loved going to spring training in Florida with her sister Joanne and family to get players' autographs and pictures. Terry was a member of the Rye Women's Club in New Hampshire and enjoyed her Wednesday morning coffee hour with her friends. She will always be remembered for her warm sense of humor and singing, "You are my sunshine" to her loved ones, and her sweet and funny personality was noticed by everyone . Above all, Terry was devoted to her loving family and grandchildren, spending countless hours babysitting, attending their events, and giving all of them advice and guidance when they needed it. She will be truly missed.

Terry is survived by her loving daughters, Wendi Giordano and Kelly Sinclair and her husband Dave, her siblings, Joanne Parliman and her husband Greg and Danny Bace and his wife Sue and her cherished grandchildren: Nicole, Danielle, and Justin Sinclair and Sienna and Gianna Giordano, as well as aunts, cousins and other extended family members.
