Jim is survived by many family members and close friends. He was a Christian by faith. Jim retired in 2005 as a truck driver with over 15 years of service with Quality Supplier. He had previously driven trucks with both General Delivery and Owens Illinois in Fairmont. Jim loved taking road trips with his wife on his beloved Harley in which they visited many United States sites. Spending time with his family and his grandchildren was the dearest activity to his heart.
Memorial donations may be made to the Marion County Soup Opera, 425 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV 26554.
The family has entrusted the arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont. In accordance with his wishes, private graveside services were held.
