Dorothy E. Abbott, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at her home. She was born on July 13, 1937 to the late Harry and Ruth (Willis) Cooper in Gladwin, Michigan. Dorothy enjoyed attending Our Savior Lutheran Church where she made many friends and enjoyed crossword puzzles and bowling where she won many trophies. She also enjoyed playing the card game Crazy Rummy with her twin brothers and her son every Friday.
Dorothy is survived by her children; Victoria (Jeff) Tucker and Tammie Hall, grandchildren; Jessica and Jaleesa Abbott, Sara Hall, and Michael Nemitz. She is also survived by her twin brothers Eldon and Allen Cooper. Dorothy is predeceased by her son William Abbott.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 10 AM until 2 PM at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel with family sharing at 2 PM. Cremation is to follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel.
