Wanda Marie Jennings, age 61 of Marshall, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born in Doniphan, Missouri on January 15th, 1960 to Sylvan Edmond Wood and Evelyn Lee McCage Wood.
Wanda loved church, family and her friends. No matter how much time she got to spend with family she always wanted more. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her loving and caring spirit will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Joesph A. Jennings, who she married on January 18th, 1994; her children, Rose Pierce (Darrell) of Morrilton, Krista Guess of Dover, Charles Scharbor of Conway, Alisha Monard and Wayne Scharbor; several grandkids; one brother, Jimmy Wood of Houston; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Sylvan and Evelyn Wood; and siblings, Billy Wayne Wood, Bonnie Marcrum, Edna Mae Eddy and Peggy Higgins.
Private burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens. A memorial service honoring Wanda's life will be held at a later date.
