David M. Rivera was born on December 10, 1954 to Marie Trujillo Rivera and Cove Rivera in Jaroso, CO. He passed away on September 30, 2021 in San Angelo, TX.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Marie Trujillo Rivera, Cove Rivera, and his daughter, Alicia Rivera. His is survived by his two daughters, Shawna Rivera and Katrina Winn as well as 3 granddaughters, Analeya Rodarte, Jordyn Winn, and Kamille Winn, as well as 2 grandsons Angelo and Andres Rivera also, 8 siblings, Louise Graves and husband ( Tony), Patrick and wife (Noelia), Henry and wife (Pauline), Robert Rivera, Steven and wife (Berlinda), Carla Gonzalez and husband (Gary), Ted Trujillo, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

David was a kind and humble man who was always grateful for anything no matter how little. He loved the outdoors. Amalia was always his favorite place to be. He loved his Family and spending time with all of them. During his last days here on earth he came to know Jesus as his Savior and Lord. He was baptized in August 24, 2018.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 09, 2021 at 10AM at Rivera Chapel with interment to follow in Costilla at the Rivera Family cemetery.
