Susie Bardwell Frost Schmucker
Susie Bardwell Frost Schmucker, 83, of Centerville, UT and Corinth, MS passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in Bountiful, Utah. She was born in Hazelhurst, Copiah County, MS on December 22, 1932 to the late Ernest Bardwell and Susie Hudson Bardwell McCardle. Susie was a member of Gaines Chapel United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed oil painting, being outdoors with nature, tending to her flowers and plants but most of all she loved her family.
Visitation is scheduled for 5-8 pm Tuesday, December 6, 2016 and 1 pm till service time Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Susie's life will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Rev. Trey Lambert. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
Those left to honor Susie's memory include her husband of 5 years: Herman "Mike" Schmucker of Centerville, UT; her son: Horace David Frost (Lynn Frost) of Corinth; her daughters: Sharon "Raye' Frost Whitaker (Boyd Blackwell) and Susan "Kaye" Frost Robertson (Jerry) all of Corinth; her grandchildren: Brandon Robertson (Jessica), Blake Robertson, Brittney Robertson Terry (Jeremy), B.J. Blackwell (Brittanie), Patty Sue Blackwell, David Frost II, Jonathan Michael Crow, Cheyenne Frost (Payton Lewis), and Bobbie Jo Wilbanks; her great-grandchildren: Reese Robertson, Riley Robertson, Mattie Kayte Robertson, J.B. Terry, Jaxson Levi Lewis, Brooke Swindoll, Jaxson Kyle Noble, John Keith Noble, Nathan Adams, Logan Adams, McKenzie Hardin, and Konner Tapp; her sister: Sylvia Bardwell DeLaney of Fayetteville, AR; other relatives and a host of friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband of 45 years: Horace K. "Jack" Frost; her brothers-in-law: David DeLaney and Claude Holland; and her sister: Bobbie Holland. Online condolences may be expressed at magnoliafuneralhome.net.
