Price, Gloria Mellott, passed into the arms of Jesus on September 24, 2021. She was born July 16, 1945, in Fairmont, West Virginia, her mother's home area, while her father was a Marine in the South Pacific. Gloria's parents, Bruce Lorenz Mellott and Barbara Hall Mellott, and her brother Lawrence Mellott were in heaven waiting to welcome her. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jeffrey Price; her sister, Roberta Miller; daughter, Jennifer Bolling; and grandson, Zachary Bolling. Gloria, a retired teacher, had been in declining health for several years due to Parkinson's Disease and other conditions. She was able to be at home for her last days with Hospice care, which was a blessing to Gloria and her family. A memorial service will be at Third Church, 600 Forest Ave., Henrico, Saturday, October 30 at 11:00 AM.
