Ramona Lorene Jester, 79, of Gurdon, AR passed away October 2, 2021, in Little Rock, AR at Baptist Hospital.
Ramona was born August 25, 1942, in Clark County, AR to Raymond Fredryc and Sybille Lorene Hackworth Schee. She lived the majority of her life on Lone Pine Road, Gurdon AR.
She was employed at Levi Strauss for many years and retired from International Paper Company in Gurdon, AR. Ramona loved visiting with family, especially grandkids and great grandchildren, working in her flowerbeds, making crafts and candles, gardening, canning fresh vegetables, and enjoyed reading and enjoyed and shared a massive personal library with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters Cecilia Ann and Rowena Lynn; a son Clinton Louis Jr.; a granddaughter Lakeisha Giles, two brothers Pressley Schee and Allan Schee.
Survivors include two daughters Carolyn B. Jester (Ricky McClure) and Valarie Giles of Wisconsin; a son whom she lovingly referred to as her "bright spot" or "sunshine" Russell Lee (Rusty) Jester (Kelly); a sister Sheila Roundtree; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Gary W. Jester is also a special nephew dear to her heart whom she was very fond of and lovingly claimed "one of mine" referring to her children. She is also survived by a very special niece whom she spent many hours visiting with-her namesake Ramona Brown of Prescott AR. Eric Mcgee is also one of Ramona's very favorite people whom she also claimed as an adopted Grandchild
