Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2:00pm at Sullivan Funeral Home officiating will be Rev. Wallace Clay.
Patty was born Tuesday, August 16, 1960 in Kimball, Nebraska. She married Alberto Hernandez on June 24, 2008 in Vernon; she was a graduate of University of North Texas she was Chief Psychologist at North Texas State Hospital for forty-five pulse years. She was an avid animal lover of cats and dogs. She was a member of Odell Baptist Church.
Patty is survived by her husband Alberto Hernandez, son, Levi Johnson of Denton, TX, daughter, Kelsey Katherine Johnson of Denton, TX; two stepdaughters Olivia Hernandez-Frias of Denton, Texas, Anna Reeves of Snyder, Texas. 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, October 8, 2021 at 6:00 to 8:00pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials can be made to Wilbarger County Humane Society.
