Ramona is survived by her daughter's Connie Harrison (Steve) and Kay Parr (Paul), grandchildren Angela, Kelly, Allyson, Tyler, and Kristen, great grandchildren Devin, Trent, Samantha, Silas, Isabella, Jayce, and Layla, and several great-great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Doreen "Punkins" Dowell.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Edwards, brothers Billy & Russell Dowell, and friend Larry Farmer.
Ramona was primarily a homemaker raising her daughters but worked different part-time jobs to help support the family. She was a strong willed, self-sufficient, and disciplined woman who was an excellent planner. She was a talented seamstress and made many clothes for her daughters. She also enjoyed knitting, camping with her family, and dancing with her late husband Clarence. The two of them were wonderful dancers and were often the star attraction at various social functions they attended. Having been raised with two brothers she was a Tomboy and could whistle through her teeth like none other! Ramona loved her late dog Gigi and called him Ralph Rotten since the family lived on Ralph Avenue. Later in life Ramona was a caregiver to her husband and friend Larry Farmer. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star.
