Carol Meadows, age 72, of Barnetts Creek Road, Staffordsville, KY, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
Carol was born August 13, 1949 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Leokrie "Leo" and Ivalu Horne Colvin.
Carol is survived by her husband, Mike Meadows, two sons, one daughter, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
