Robbie "Sugie" Len Robinson, age 53, a Stringtown resident since 2006, was born on June 28, 1968, to Jimmy and Hazel (Hadrich) Smith, at Oxnard, CA. Sugie passed away on October 01, 2021 at his home in Stringtown, OK. He attended South High School in Bakersfield, CA. Sugie was a roofer by trade, when he moved to Stringtown to help J.E. and Donna Garside at their ranch. He was also the yard foreman at McGee Creek Rock and Stone. Sugie enjoyed drinking beers with his brother, John, while watching football games. He loved to fish, cook, cutting up jokes with family and he especially loved to tease and play with the kids of the family. Sugie also enjoyed a good dispensary.
Sugie is survived by his brothers, John Garside and wife Natalie of Stringtown, OK, Max Fostyk; daughters, Ashley Robinson of Bakersfield, CA, Amber Robinson of Bakersfield, CA; sisters, Debra Fulton, Nikki; grandson; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Sugie was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Jimmy Smith, J.E. and Donna Garside; brothers, Mike Fostyk, Bill and Joe Garside.
