Survivors: husband, Rev. Gary Perry; sons, Shondale and Ethan (Tara) Perry; mother, Osa Lee Perry of Clarksville, AR; brother, Ronald (Lisa) Perry; sister, Rhonda Green; and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family members and friends.
