She was born June 4, 1942 in Fort Worth to Robert Noah Harrington and Julia Lou Harrington, of Midlothian, grew up in the town until she graduated from Midlothian High School in 1960. Sue attended the University of North Texas majoring in English. She married Tommy Wayne Fuller, of Waxahachie, in August 1962.
Tom and Sue have one daughter, Susan Fuller Barnica, of Fort Worth.
Sue was in the oil and gas business for 40 years before retiring one year ago from Dorchester Minerals, LLC., where she worked as a landman.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Julia Harrington and brother John Harrington.
Sue will be dearly missed by her family, friends, former co-workers and grand-cats. She was loved and respected for her strength, intelligence, sense of humor and the unselfish love of her grand-cats whom she always had an open lap for them to lay. They loved their grandma.
A visitation will held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015 with services to follow at 10 a.m. at Midlothian Funeral Home, 200 E. Avenue E in Midlothian. Interment will follow the services at nearby Mountain Peak Cemetery. A luncheon will be offered for all guests at the Citizens National Bank in Midlothian at 310 N. Ninth Street immediately following the short burial service.
