Jane DeChicko, 88, of College Hill passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021.

Jane was born on July 24, 1933 to the late Alan and Dorothy (McKenna) MacDonald.

After graduating from Beaver Falls High School in 1951 she worked as a Switchboard Operator for Bell Telephone. She was a member of St. Monica Parish, formerly St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and the former College Hill Women's Club. She was a former Girl Scout leader, when her children were growing up, and a poll worker for the Beaver County Bureau of Elections for many years. She still enjoyed getting together with her friends for Card Club.

Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Eugene DeChicko in 2018 and her three sisters and their husbands, Margaret and Leonard Javens, Dorothy A. and Donald Burns and Nell and Lewis Bayne.

Surviving are her three children, Jospeh DeChicko of College Hill, Judy DeChicko of New Brighton and Joyce (Chester) Ciccozzi and two grandsons, Cole and Blake Ciccozzi.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, where prayers will be recited Wednesday at 9:20 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Monica Parish in Chippewa Township with Father Kim Schreck as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Cemetery, Daugherty Township.
