James Douglas Howell, Sr., 56, of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Henry County Medical Center. Mr. Howell was born on June 26, 1965 in Humboldt, TN. to the late Wallace E. Howell and Jewell Mae Leslie Howell.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Ovella Gail Howell. He was a Press operator with IPL in New Johnsonville, TN.

Zachary Tyler Howell of TX

Brother: Michael (Lois) Howell of Milan, TN

Larry (Betty) Howell of Camden, TN

Sisters: Linda (Pete) Morgan of Dyersburg, TN

Funeral services will be on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11 AM at Oakdale Funeral Home with Tony Stepp officiating. Burial will follow in Henry County Tabernacle Cemetery in Henry County.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 pm and again on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 am
