Mrs. Annie Ruth Patterson was born January 4, 1952 in Camden, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Ruth Blair. She departed this life on Thursday, September 23, 2021. She attended the public school system of Kershaw county. She earned her Associates degree in Early Childhood Development from Central Carolina Technical College in Sumter, SC. She was employed by Wateree Community Actions as a Kershaw County Head Start teachers assistant and bus driver for 32 years.

Mrs. Patterson loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved fishing and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Woodrow and Ruth Blair; her brothers, Woody, Charles and George Blair; her daughter, Toney Blair; her son, Willie Corbett; and her grandson, Nicholas Murphy.

Mrs. Annie Patterson leaves to cherish her precious memory, her husband, Henry Patterson; daughter, Tracey Blair;
sons, Leon (Andreana) Corbett, Sr and Chris Corbett; brothers, Larry (Erica) Blair and James (Bernice) Blair; sisters,
Ora Lee Blair and Pat Johnson; bonus children, Michael (Tangela) McCaskill, Tomica Dubose, Jonathan McCaskill, Maurice Patterson and Michael Tillman; brothers-in-law, Reverend Dr. Lonnie (Sarah) Patterson, Jr, Deacon James G. (Dorothy) Patterson and Ronnie Corbett; sisters-in-law, Sallie M. Patterson, Shirley (Sydney) Mills, Alice (Eddie) Anderson, Mary Ann (Ned) Murphy, Brenda Blackmon, Betty Jo (Lynn) Corbett and Ida Mae ( Ernest) Hayward; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
