Shirley D. Abts, 82 of Arlington, OH passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, OH. Shirley was born on January 16, 1935 in Hayes Middlesex, England to the late Cyril and Ruby (Baldry) Bryan. On June 16, 1956 Shirley married William F. Abts and he survives in Arlington. Also surviving are two sons: Steven A. (Denise) Abts of York PA, Karl G. (Rhonda) Abts of Witcha Falls, TX, and one daughter: Lynn P (Kenneth) DeMarco of Rawson, OH. Shirley was blessed with 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Shirley's siblings Kenneth Bryan, Grace Cox and Sheila Parris are deceased. Shirley retired as a factory worker and school bus driver. Shirley attended St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, OH. The funeral service will begin following the visitation at 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Father Michael Zacharias will be officiating.
