Obituary of Jamie Marie Cook
Ms. Jamie Marie Cook, a resident of Skipperville, died Thursday morning, September 30, 2021. She was 41 years old.
Funeral services for Miss Cook will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 3, 2021, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark with Reverend Tim Sewell officiating. Interment will follow in Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Sunday from 12:30 P.M. until service time. Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Cook, Conner Cook, Avery Roberts, Jacob Robertson, Triston Hanners and Keith Mizell.
Ms. Cook was born December 21, 1979 in Skipperville, Alabama, and was a 1999 graduate of G. W. Long High School. She worked with Security Finance and Sanders Electric in Ozark until becoming disabled. Jamie was a member of Morgan Baptist Church. She enjoyed taking pictures, crocheting, coloring pictures and trips to the beach. Jamie was an animal lover. She was preceded in death by her father, James Douglas Cook; and one brother, Gregory Allen Paramore.
Survivors include one daughter, Cheyenne Cook; her mother, Clara Mizell Cook; one brother, David A. Cook (Tracy); three nieces, Caitlin Edwards, Madison Robertson and Haley Edwards all of Skipperville.
