SHINNSTON, W.Va. — Shane Davis, 35, of Enterprise, passed away on September 30, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by his wife and sister.
He was born August 31, 1986, in Clarksburg.
He married Kim Davis on November 28, 2015 and she survives their four children, Landon, Logan, Clay and Hailey. Shane is survived by his father, John Davis and sister, Crystal Murphy. He is also survived by his in-laws, Marvin and Brenda McBride and Brystol, Shane's fur baby, was his companion and never left his side when he was sick. Shane is also survived by grandparents, uncles, aunts, many cousins and friends.
Shane worked at Harrison County Coal Resources.
He dedicated five years at the Wallace Volunteer Fire Department. Shane was an outdoors enthusiast and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes, four wheelers, shooting guns and boating on the lake during the summer. He treasured his children and loved spending time with his family.
Friends and family may be received at Harmer Funeral Home, Shinnston on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 2 - 7 p.m. with a funeral service at 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at noon at the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Chad Weaver officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Harmer Funeral Home, PO Box 1852 Shinnston, WV 26431.
