Catherine Consiglio (Jackson) was born June 1, 1941, in Montclair, New Jersey. She departed this earth September 26, 2021, in Prairie Village, KS.
Catherine adored her children, grandchildren, and spending time with family. She was a very humble and loving person. She found peace in her solitude. In her spare time, she liked bribing her family members to bring her a coke, or McDonalds which included a double cheeseburger, no ketchup, large coke, and small fry. Oh, and don't forget the apple pie. She enjoyed playing games with the grandkids. When she wasn't with family, she was a devout Catholic that spent many hours in the adoration chapel and praying the rosary.
Catherine was preceded in death by the love of her life, Nicholas Joseph Palmentere, her mother Mary Young, father Joseph Consiglio, and daughter Frances Palmentere.
She is survived by her siblings, Patricia Montgomery of California, Jeannie Harbert (Charles) of Overland Park, KS, John Pace III (Katherine) of Tulsa, OK. Her children, Nicholas Palmentere (Rebecca) of Tonganoxie, KS, Gina Monsees (Lloyd) of Shawnee, KS, Sicily Consiglio, of Kansas City, KS, Tabitha Young of Kansas City, KS, Manuel Young (Jennifer) of Aurora, MO, and Jessica Young of Kansas City, KS, 24 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
