Richard Robert Crawford, 86, died of natural causes on August 22, 2021 at Parma Manor Care. Richard was born August 27, 1934 in Cleveland Ohio, the son of Bhart and Emily Crawford. Richard graduated from West Tech High School, class of 1952. Following graduation he went to work at Ohio Bell Telephone Company. He married Clione (Hart) in 1954 and raised 5 children together. Richard retired from Ohio Bell after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother David (Skip). Surviving are his Son Richard (Dick) and Kathy Crawford; Son Dennis and Ann Marie Crawford; Daughter Debbie and Leslie (Buddy) Horne; Daughter Donna DeLuca and Joe Wilber; Daughter Dee Ann and Jeff Soltis. Richard also has 8 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren. A service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday October 17th at 11:30 at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd. Fairview Park Ohio, followed by lunch. Those who wish to remember Richard in a special way in lieu of flowers may make a gift in his memory to Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA).
