Ralph Samuel Anderson of Marinette, Wisconsin, born January 27, 1928 to Samuel and Clara Anderson in Birch Creek, Michigan, passed away on September 26, 2021.

Ralph attended Menominee High School and after graduation proudly served his country at the United States Army on the island of Guam during World War II. Following that he was a member of the National Guard.
Ralph worked at the Menominee Paper Mill for 38 years.
In 1968 he lost his eldest son, Michael, who lost his life during combat while serving in the United States Army in another foreign country while protecting our democracy.

Ralph married his beautiful wife, the love of his life, Joyce Kuntz Anderson, in 1969 and they shared 51 years of loving companionship.

Ralph was an avid woodworker and sold his work (Driftwood Creations) at many craft shows and loved to travel the world with his wife.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce;
and two sons: Richard (Norma Jean) and Steven;
along with his grandchildren, Angel Kregelka, Christopher Anderson, Shannon Anderson, Amanda Woodrow and Sarah Jolly;
along with great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his son Michael;
daughter Sandy (Bob) Berth;
and his grandson, Jody Kregelka;
his parents Samuel and Clara;
his older sisters: Gladys Tebo, Lillian Brosig, Dorothy Laundrie and Edna Dugan.

A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Marinette at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021. The Rev. Keith Kolstad will officiate. Visitation will be at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee.
