Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.

Survivors include brother Dean Rainey of Indianola, MS, sister Patsy (Troy) Bright of Greenville, MS, nieces and nephews, beloved dog Tara.

Preceded in death by his parents Elton and Shirley Reynolds Rainey; brother Alan Rainey.
