Includes baptisms, plus. (ie. Downey & Nancy church members, p 2-3 and daughter Nancy T's baptism on 27 Aug 1820, p 27, etc.)
It looks like he served in the War of 1812. The Augusta County, Virginia Order Book #36, 1816 - 1818, page 263 lists John Dunlap as Captain of Infantry in 93rd Regt. in the __?__ (hard to read, maybe says comm, for command) of Downey McCutcheon resigned. See photo.
