Jamie Van Allen Jr. "JR" passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 27.

He has now rejoined his fiancé, Kailey Michel, in their heavenly home. They together leave behind to cherish their memory their two precious children Chloe and Chris Allen.

JR is also survived by his parents Jamie Van Allen Sr. and Sheryl Babin Allen; his siblings Donis Courville (Justin), Clint Morin (Sarah), Beau Morin (Erica); his grandparents Debbie Allen and Johnnie Allen (Diane) and numerous nieces, nephews and family members.

He is preceded in death by his fiancé; his grandparents Jimmy Babin and Donis Babin and his great-grandparents Flossie & Red Yates and Lucien & Margaret Desselle.

He always loved being outdoors; either hunting, fishing or just hanging out with friends and family.

He was such a proud dad and loved his children unconditionally.

JR will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Night Wake at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 5pm till 8pm. The visitation will continue on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 beginning at 10AM. The Celebration of JR's life will begin at 11AM. The burial will follow at Hope Haven Garden of Memory in Gonzales where he will be laid to rest next to his fiancé.
