Billie Ballard, 73, of Searcy, Arkansas, was born January 3, 1948 in Beebe, Arkansas to Bill and Artie Mae (Taylor) Kyzer. She passed away Monday, September 27, 2021. Billie was a member of Floyd Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Gerald Ballard.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Janice Hackler; son Johnny Ballard and Fonda Pankey; grandson Christian Wayne Hackler, all of Floyd; and sister Geanie Sarringar of Beebe.
Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021, followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Burial will be in Sylvania Cemetery.
