She was born May 19, 1950 in Bellefonte, PA. The daughter of the late Richard and Adeline (Wilwers) Seltzer.
Carole had worked as a bank teller and supervisor for Citizens Bank for many years. She was a member of St. Joseph Church where she had volunteered for many years. She enjoyed knitting and loved cats.
Including her husband William, she is also survived by a daughter Elizabeth Anne Jenkins and husband John of Windsor, a sister Nadine Seltzer of West York, an uncle Fred Seltzer of Bogota, Columbia and an aunt Sandra Shannon of Baltimore, MD, lots of cousins.
A viewing will be 10-11 am Wednesday October 6, 2021 at St. Joseph Church 2945 Kingston Rd. York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am with the Rev. James Menkhus OFM Cap officiating. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
